Last week marked the historic beginning of the cultural exchange between the Stetson Shutterbugs and my students of Grupo Flormorado in La Florida, Colombia. The students got to meet and talk to each other for the first time using Skype. Starting next week they will be paired with a parter and start their exchange of words, photos, videos and stories! ReplyDeleteI am an English teacher in Turkey. I work at a school with students aged between 14-18. For very long, we have been running a project named "Our World Screen". In this project we connect with many schools or individuals on SKYPE to practice English. If we connect with classes we prepare lesson plans with the partner teacher and apply them in our video conference lessons.
